On Tuesday, May 22, the Project On Government Oversight and Common Cause will host a panel discussing the challenges facing the Federal Election Commission (FEC) with the McCain-Feingold bill on the horizon in the House of Representatives. The event is being sponsored by Representative Stephen Horn.
