Chapter Four: Fissile Material Consolidation in the U.S. Nuclear Complex is co-authored by POGO Sr.Investigator Peter Stockton and Princeton University Professor Frank von Hippel. The Chapter is an updating and expansion of POGO's 2005 report, "U.S. Nuclear Weapons Complex: Homeland Security Opportunities."
